1.1. We accept returns on most products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also include any original tags or labels.
1.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
1.3. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).
2.1. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
2.2. If the return is due to our error, we will also refund the cost of return shipping.
2.3. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
3.1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for an exchange. You may be responsible for return shipping costs in this case.
4.1. Certain products may not be eligible for return or may be subject to additional conditions. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
